Slow Mobile Performance with Experience Builder "Gallery"

Question

Hello, wondering if others have experienced very slow loading on Mobile with Experience Builder "Gallery" template. Our individual Experience Builder Apps load fine, but when they are all combined as a hub using the Gallery Template, that app is very slow to load on mobile. All images were later optimized but Chrome's Lighthouse Inspection still only improved from an 18 to a 44.

Thanks for your feedback. We have identified similar issues and resolved them in the November 2024 version of ArcGIS Online. The fix for ArcGIS Enterprise will be included in version 11.5.

@ZhenZhang22 Thanks for getting back. I've used iPhone Xr and iPhone 13 Pro Max but more importantly it fails performance tests on desktop and mobile in Chrome's Lighthouse Report tool. See attached photos.
