ArcGIS Pro using Dropbox data initiates Mass Deletion alerts

I have ArcGIS Pro user that accesses data through Dropbox. The application seems to generate a large amount of changes to files, which sets off alerts for the Dropbox administrator (me). Looking through the Activity, nothing nefarious is happening, just a lot of delete/move/add occurring with every use of the app. I've been Dropbox admin for 10 years on a large university campus and I have never seen this kind of alert activity. Is this normal?

ArcGIS Pro does not work well when used directly with cloud storage sync technologies, such as for Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, etc. It can result in unexpected data loss and should be avoided.
