What URL do I use to connect AGOL to an outside app with runtime license string?

Hello I am trying to do step 7 for connecting to this app (https://techdocs.genetec.com/r/en-US/Security-Center-Administrator-Guide-5.12/Connecting-Map-Manager-to-the-Esri-ArcGIS-map-provider).

I have tried the following agolurl.maps.arcgis.com , agolurl.maps.arcgis.com/, agolurl.maps.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services,etc. I do not know what is the right url to set up this connection.
