Can I use the "Maximize Coverage, Minimize Facilities" to find out in which stores I should place backup generators with the minimal cost? I have calculated the capacity of every store (how many customers they can serve). People should be able to visit the store every 4 days. Every backup generator is very expensive so I want to minimize the cost.
I don't quite understand the values in "Maximize Coverage, Minimize Facilities" results. The Demand Weight is way above the capacity of the store.
If I am not using the correct tool, which one should I use?
