ArcGIS Monitor and webgisdr

Question

Has anyone else also found that Monitor cannot get metrics while webgisdr backups are running?

ArcGIS Monitor shows the following Warning error logged:

E_OBSERVER_RUN, Run Failed, ArcGIS Server Site is currently being configured by another administrative operation. Please try again later.

ArcGIS Server shows the following SEVERE error logged:

Failed to edit the metric 'agm-acbc8563-bd07-4b0d-8a98-2c372a26fabd' ArcGIS Server Site is currently being configured by another administrative operation. Please try again later.

Is this expected behavior meaning services can be accessed without issue (although not started or stopped), those requests are logged by ArcGIS Server, but Monitor will never get those metrics. This would have downstream effects on monthly reporting or ArcSOC Optimizer.

I use the same service account for both Server and Monitor. Are you able to switch the account running the Monitor service from the local to a service account?

I'm using a local account to run the ArcGIS Monitor Server service.
