Show in Filter widget two fields Commision District Number and Commission Name

Good afternoon,

When filtering by Commission Distrcit is there a way to display the Commission District Numberand Commisionner Name ?

It is often easier for an user to search by commission district number.

You could add a Text widget to display Commission District ID.

The Commission district layer has two fields: Commission District ID and Commissioner Name

This is what I would like to do. I added Filter widget to select by Commissioner Name, and I had a request from users to show the Commission District ID when selecting a Commissioner Name.  I am looking for a way to Concatenate both fields and show them in the Filter combo box, or another way to do it.
