does anyone know a way to set editing to update attributes only on part of a feature service
a feature service uploaded from an mxd with two or more layers has been set to edit, on ne layer we want to allow the user to add, delete, and update features, but on other layers we want the the users only the option to update features attributes and not add nor delete
is this possible without having to upload each feature from a separate mxd creating separate features services for each one?
