Unable to publish to AGOL

I'm using ArcGIS Pro 3.3.0 and trying to publish to my ArcGIS Online account. Even simple services are failing to publish. It used to work fine. 

In the publishing log, this seems to be the first reported error:

Status: InProgress StatusMessage: Server Response: Error code: 400 Description: Bad syntax in request. Message: Invalid URL Details: Invalid URL

I can see the service and the SD appearing in my AGOL, however it doesn't publish successfully. It leaves the SD there.

Any tips for debugging?

I was able to get a direct support call with Esri, it turns out it was related to an existing incident with Hosted Feature services. It got resolved on the Esri side late last week. Thanks for your comment 🙂
