If I wanted to take a raster imagery file (.TIFF) and convert it to a polygon feature class clarifying the difference between vegetation, structures, roads, etc what is the best geoprocessing tool and/or ArcGIS Pro extension to use? The Raster to Polygon (Conversion Tools) does not really give the full clarification of a lawn, versus a building versus a roadway.
