Reporter - Allow a Geofence Layer with Ability to Customize Error Message

When the public submit reports, it would be great to only allow them to submit reports in locations that are within the jurisdiction or within an area of interest. Providing them an error message like, "This location is not within the city's boundary" or "This location is not within a park" etc...

Hi @ArmstKP We've have plans to implement this feature in 2025 where a user can restrict a report submission within an area. Thanks!
