What is this for in ArcGIS GeoBIM Issues Dashboard App?

Hello everyone! Please I really need help!

Every time I create ArcGIS GeoBIM App with Issues Dashboard, these blank square widgets appear at the bottom of the window.
How to configure or make it has some value or indicator appearing?
Could anyone teach me the steps?
I don't know how to explain to our customers that why it always gets blank.

Your Esri's Products likely to create many functions that REALLY SIMILAR to each other.
It's SO HARD to explain to our customers why you use this instead of this or what is different between these two things. I really hope your Esri's dev team will improve this issue. 😓

How should I explain difference between these two ArcGIS GeoBIM App templates??

The 'Viewer' which also has an issue enabled toggle option and the 'Issue Dashboard' which looks the same with Viewer but has issue on left-sidebar...
AND the capability of issue from toggle in Viewer is better than issue from Issue Dashboard??
How could I explain this with a make sense reason??

I really appreciate your reply, but I'm SO DONE with product functions...

@MCh There are technical limitations with the integration between ArcGIS Dashboards and ArcGIS GeoBIM. Those are necessary for the dashboard and GeoBIM to communicate on the back end.

The Viewer application template now includes a "Chart" feature as an alternative to the dashboard. The charts don't have the same level of customization as the dashboard but they work better. The charts can be turned on in the app editor below the "Tools" group of toggles.
