Adding a Weighting to 'Closest Facilty'

Question

I have two factory sites that can accept waste from multiple Transfer Stations.  Using Closest Facility I can easily calculate which factory site is closest to each Transfer Station.  I now need to incorporate a different gate fee for the two factory sites and thus add a weighting to the calculation. Can CF incorporate this weighting?

Using a location-allocation layer, I *think* these are added as barrier locations (i.e. added cost) to your network.

Chris, did this work for you?  In my case (regional mutual-aid fire stations) the easiest way was to add a field to the feature set for added response time (2 or 4 minutes depending on the jurisdiction), then point the Attr_time (in Field Mapping) to the new field when I added the stations as facilities.
