Performance issues for web maps with heavy layers

Hello,

When we tried to deploy 2.1 across our organization, we stumbled upon a performance issue while using ArcGIS Online web maps with heavy layers. (This has been logged as BUG-000166887 in My Esri.) Unfortunately, 2.2 had the same performance issues. For this reason, we are still using an outdated 1.18 software.

I know that 2.3 is coming by the end of 2024. Can you confirm if the aforementioned bug will be addressed in this release?

Reviewing the BUG, it mentions that it is in the product plan, which means that it is coming in an upcoming release - however, it does not indicate which version the fix will be implemented.
