Analysis Elements in ArcGIS Monitor -- Instances Used Per Service

I trying to build an Analysis that will give us the Average and Max Instances Used Per Service.  I have been referring to  5 Useful ArcGIS Server Analysis Elements in ArcGIS Monitor  From February 2024.  I keep getting stuck when configuring the serial chart element, i can't find the "Observed At" Category Field.

I hope I'm just missing something that can be fixed real easy.

Also, is it possible to do a similar query for the Max Instances Used (ArcSOCs) – Web Services element?

"Observed At" is an attribute of metric data, so ensure it's included in your data expression and look for it at the end of the Category Field menu.
