Waze Inbound Transport IO Error

Hello

I had installed the Waze Transport and Adapter on a 10.9 installation and it was working in my testing.

We recently upgraded our GeoEvent Server to 11.3 and now the WAZE IN (Receive Waze for Cities Data) gives an error and won't start.

I have tried to uninstall, reinstall the Waze components and still get an error that says

"Thread 0 WazeJsonDataRequester failed to get HTTP response due to IO error"

Any suggestions on what to try to get this running again?

I was able to get this working.    I worked with an Esri Support analyst and he was not able to duplicate the issue so I went back to our IT Security team.    Our security engineer made some changes to our firewall and it works now.    In addition, we also installed the certificate from WAZE to our GeoEvent Server.
