Track Changes in Point Feature Class with Records

Question

Hello, with an ArcGIS Pro advanced license and a standard File GeoDatabase (not enterprise), how do I track changes with records and comments to my site address point layer? I just want to be able to comment to myself about each change (at least each spatial change) and keep a historical version of the past feature - very similar to how the parcel fabric works. Is there is solution for this? Thanks.

You could submit an Idea and see what Esri says.

And you could look up Archiving. But I don't think many people use archiving; I suspect it has some pretty big tradeoffs and is buggy.
