ArcPro Licensing Sign in -customizing

It would be great if we could customize the sign in information for ArcPro. Our organization, for example, have our ArcPro licensing through our AGOL. However, we also have 3 Enterprise Portals used for various content. We frequently have ArcPro users who get confused once thier session has singed out, which login to use. They often end up locking thier accounts while trying to figure it out.

Can you provide more details about what you're looking for with this idea?

Are users confused because they don't know which of the ArcGIS Online/3+ ArcGIS Enterprise portals is the licensing portal, or do they not know which username/password belongs to which, or something else?

We currently use one ArcGIS Enterprise portal with Active Directory for licensing so my experience is a little different. The sign in process is unintuitive and users don't know how to navigate it.

Available customizations I'd like to see are:

Hints. Some users need to see hints like "This is the username and password you use when you...".
Custom portal name. ArcGIS Enterprise portals may be known by names that would differentiate them from ArcGIS Online. "ArcGIS Enterprise" means nothing to most people in my organization, but they'd know what "XYZ GIS Portal" is.
The ability to hide the platform not being used as a licensing portal.

Improvements I’d like to see are:

Clarification that the options currently shown in the sign in window are for ArcGIS Online. Just “ArcGIS” isn’t descriptive enough.
A more intuitive sign in process for Enterprise.

When users get to the sign in page, they don't notice the banner saying it’s asking for an ArcGIS Online account. The options just say “ArcGIS” so users who use both Online and Enterprise don’t know which one they need to use (I think this is what OP is getting at). Users in organizations that use Enterprise for licensing don’t know neither option is what they’re looking for. They click one of the sign in options, enter their credentials, maybe try the other options and re-enter their credentials, and then call me asking why it's not working. Even seasoned users who understand the difference see "Your ArcGIS organization's URL" and go there.

This may warrant a separate idea but it’s in the same sign in window. It needs to be easier to sign into ArcGIS Enterprise. Nowhere on the screen are the words "ArcGIS Enterprise" so even those who remember they don't use the two presented options don't remember where to go. The link to configure licensing gets ignored because:

It's dark green so it doesn't look like a link
It's a technical term they don't understand
They don't know that's where they enter the ArcGIS Enterprise URL
It's outside where the eye is drawn in the window so they don't see it

We don't have many ArcGIS Pro users so the issue comes up maybe half a dozen times a year, but it's a problem every single time someone needs to set up licensing. People expect logging to be straightforward so they don't think to look for the instructions I created and instead call me thinking something is wrong with the software.

I've looked into the command line installation but the number of people in our organization with access to ArcGIS Pro is low enough that it would take more time to implement that than to tell them to click the configure licensing link. I understand the customizations may need to be made via a command line install, but just differentiating between Online/Enterprise and making it more intuitive for Enterprise users would solve my organization's issues.

@KoryKramer , it is very similar here. We have integration with our AD with our Portals and with AGOL, however, the logins are slightly different between AGOL and the Portal and the users do not understand how to distinguish between the two.

Have you tried setting your Enterprise organization name? Log into your portal website as an administrator, go to Organization > Settings > General > Edit the organization name.

When you sign in using Pro, the organization name will be displayed on the sign in dialog:

Apologies for the late reply. I'm seeing something different. When we go to sign in, it says it wants to access an ArcGIS Online account information. There are two options: "ArcGIS login" or "Your ArcGIS organization's URL". We have to click one of them to be prompted for a username and password. I tried the option to use the organization's URL to see what it would do and our AGOL organization name is shown in the pixelated spot in my screenshot below, but the top banner still says "ArcGIS Online" whereas yours also has the organization name in both places.

To log into ArcGIS Enterprise, we have to click the inconspicuous Configure Licensing link at the bottom of the window which I don't see in your screenshot. That link takes us to the window below. We use Active Directory so we are automatically logged in when we click OK. Our ArcGIS Enterprise organization name is set but it's never shown during the sign in process.

Your second screenshot shows is what I'd like to see. Was your software installed via the command line?
