Hey Everyone,
Is anyone having trouble with the program running very slowly and showing this error message?
Thx,
Josh
What workflow are you carrying out that causes this error?
Does this happen within a new Business Analyst project?
Is there anything within the network traffic when you get this error? Can you provide us with he network traffic so we can check? https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/submit-har-debug-files-to-esri-support-services-for-tro-000028441
Great questions my friend. I opened up a case and my case worker had me send a network traffic file. I uploaded it here. There are no errors in the file. I tried a mobile device and still get the errors.
Currently, I can create a new project, but it won't allow me to open it once I create the project.
Any ideas?
Here are the screen shots of the errors I get when I try to open a new project or delete an old project.
@JoshDryer2 I'm really sorry that you are experiencing these issues, but I encourage you to continue troubleshooting it with our technical support team.
The errors you mentioned above usually happen when your project layers are unintentionally deleted or no longer accessible for some reason. My recommendation is to sign in to your arcgis.com and check your content page to make sure none of your project layers are compromised. These layers are used to store your project contents (sites, layers...) that you use in BA web app.
I also recommend checking if anyone else in your organization is having a similar issue.
Thanks,
Fasil T.
