Can map-components work with ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript

Question

I have read the release note of 4.30. And I am interested in map-components.

I have already use ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript (jsapi) in my projects.

So is there some way to use map-components work with jsapi or use jsapi in map-components?
