Hello. a while back there was an idea posted at https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-experience-builder-ideas/allow-more-flexibility-on-feature-table-column/idi-p/1200211?search-action-id=125412535294&search-result-uid=1200211 that showed where in the custom.js file the column width modification could be made to the FeatureTable widget.
Unfortunately I can't find that file or the relevant file on my local machine to make such a modification. Perhaps someone can point me in the right folder/file.
I am running the latest version of ExB Developer on my machine.

It looks like you can now set table column widths to a fixed or automatic width which is great!!! Table > Sheet > Sheet Configuration > Table Options > Fit To Data or Fixed
