Printing using report templates does not work with ArcGIS Enterprise

Does anyone know if there is a work around or if this had been fixed?  Printing using report templates does not work with ArcGIS Enterprise deployments that aren't public facing.  I am trying to create a feature report template and am getting an failed, reason: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND due to not being public facing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hi @TKSHEP - this is a known limitation, and does not appear to be fixed or implemented.  If you don't have a case with Esri Support yet, I would recommend you submit one and reference "ENH-000133778: In Survey123, allow printing of feature report templates with ArcGIS Enterprise deployments that aren't public facing."

there may be a potential workaround here, that would require "an on-premises installation of the website and printing API".
