I am uploading a Excel file from my computer to insights so that I can build relationship to my GIS data. I have tried both csv and excel format. Both gaves me error "Somthing went wrong". Looking for solutions on this.
@JunXiao96 By any chance the Excel/CSV have multiple header rows? That will not work with ArcGIS Insights.
Other issues can include
- CSV or excel isn't valid/has extra comma or a different deliminator
- Some issue with server or datastore.
Please check the console logs and server logs which should provide more details about the error. Let me know.
