ArcGIS not installing some packages

We are using ArcGIS Pro 2.8.0, and for our monthly refresh, we need to run a Python script. I need to install some packages before running the script, but I'm having trouble finding some of them under 'Add Pachages' list in ESRI. Does anyone know how I can install these packages?

you can only install into a clone of the main environment

If it isn't listed in the package manager list, then you have to do a conda or pip install from the command line
