Is there anyway to find out all the webmaps from all the groups I have access to using ArcGIS JS API/Portal API ?
You can limit the results to a group, you can check out the ArcGIS Online docs to see what the parameters look like.

Thank you Robert for your quick reply. However I am looking to find out web maps only from groups I have access to in portal. The query type:"web map" AND access:shared provides me list of all web maps across all the groups. Is there anyway to filter that list to have web maps from groups I have access to.
