Outputs using Geotab Connector stopped working remain at zero

Hello, I am using Geotab Connector for GeoEvent Server Release 10 with ArcGIS GeoEvent Server10.6.1. Periodically (usually every 2 or 3 months) the Geotab GeoEvent Service will stop working for no apparent reason.

In the past I restarted the service or restarted GeoEvent Server in Services or made a copy of the GeoEvent Service and all these seem to work to get it running again.

Last night the Geotab GeoEvent Service stopped working and nothing I have done as mentioned gets it working again. The geotab-in is receiving input and counting, but the output service stays at zero. There have been no changes to the GeoEvent Services or any other changes elsewhere. This stoppage appears to be a random event.

I also deleted the GeoEvent Service and Output and recreated them. Still shows the Output as zero. The geotab-in is receiving inputs and counting. 

 

Any ideas on how I can get the Geotab GeoEvent Service to provide Output?

Hi, any updates on this? We are experiencing a similar issue, but we're at 10.9.1. Our Geotab service will intermittently stop working after a server restart. The inputs and whatnot will not be stopped but the in/out counts will stop incrementing. Our bandaid fix has been to republish the service, and it begins incrementing again. Not sure if a support ticket is warranted, but it's getting old babysitting the service after our server resatarts.
