Looking to link irrigation data as a .xlsx file to a Dashboard.

I have a large workbook of irrigation data in Excel and am trying to add a static link to a Dashboard. Is this possible? If not, are there any workarounds? Ideally, when data is entered into the sheet, the Dashboard is automatically updated.
