why my model tool not working properly?

Hi everyone,  I'm creating a model tool in ModelBuilder on ArcGIS Pro. So far, the geoprocessing finished with no issues, but the results isn't what I expected. It's over the boundary I selected. I ran a few times back and forth, unfortunately same result. Can someone help please ?

Hi @JessicaJiang , probably you could add a  "calculate value" in "Export Features (2)". Maybe is better to add in the "Expression Area"  one value  for only for the area and the right , column from the  attribute table.
