I'm unable to create any offline areas in ArcGIS online after last night's update. I've tried different browsers, network connections, and tried both in field maps designer and in the webmap offline settings and all seem to just sit saying packaging without creating anything. Is anyone else having trouble? This is across multiple webmaps which were all working fine until today.
