i have tried accessing my mooc for gis for action but cannot be redirected is this problem with me
Refreshing your web browser or opening https://www.esri.com/training in an incognito browser should allow you to view the MOOC if you registered for the course before registration closed on May 15.
i have tried but cannot go beyond the page of training every effort i make of accessing it fails it still redirects me back to the same page. so cannot go to the academy or go to the mooc
Hi, sorry to hear you've been having issues accessing the MOOC. Are you able to access Esri Academy? If not, please try refreshing your browser (Ctrl+Refresh). If you can access the website but not the MOOC, please be sure you're logging in with the same ArcGIS account you used to register for the course.
