I can't seem to determne how to enable my raster (ortho) visible below a certain scale .. for example, I'd like to zoom into zoom scale, both on ArcGSI Online and especially my Esri FieldMaps .. perhaps 1:50 but no luck. Tried to rebuild tiles on the Arcgisonline (as suggested by Esri helpdesk) but doesnt work. Any suggestions?
