I am trying to build an app similar to this one:

On the right side there are two List widgets. You can show which List to be shown by clicking on buttons. Does anyone know how to replicate this?

You can use the Section widget and add a list widget to each Section-View to achieve a similar layout.
Adding a Views Navigation widget or Button widgets linked to the Section allows you to switch the Section views.
