Authoritative Content shouldn't default to "Recommended by Esri"

Just noticed this. Authoritative Content defaults to "Recommended by Esri". Should this not say "Recommended by your Organization" like in Portal?

Hi @abureaux

That's a good catch! I've checked the online item detail page and it displays the contribution org name, something like:

I think we need to figure out how to read these properties and display the same message in the builder.
