Banded Stripped Display Glitch

Hey all,

Any one else seeing raster data generate in missing strips as you zoom in and out...?

I've tried a bunch of settings and have updated all drivers... any ideas?

ArcPro 3.2.2

Core i9 12900k, 128GB RAM, RTX3080Ti
