Android - Collector Won't Collect Data When Screen Turns Off

Hello,

I downloaded a security patch for my android device on friday and now my phone wont collect (stream lines) when the screen is turned off. My device is a sonim xp8 and the OS is 8.1.0.

Is anyone else experiencing similar behavior?
