Can ArcGIS Explorer Desktop runs on Windows 10 (64-bit) OS ?
When I opened ArcGIS Explorer, it is "not responding" and which I had to "End Task" (Task Manger).
Because of this, I want to know if the current ArcGIS 10.3.1 Desktop (Home Use Program) also have the same problem.
Not until this is done first.
Is Windows 10 certified with ArcGIS Products?
