In ArcGIS Monitor 2023.3 is there a way to find out who's consuming a certain REST service, e.g. Geocoding Service?

At current release of Monitor, it is not possible to see who is using any one service. Please submit this as an idea on the ArcGIS Ideas forum if you'd like to see this in a future release.
In the meantime, System Log Parser may meet some of this need.
