Create Feature Class window doesn't show

Does anyone else have this problem where you're trying to create a new FC in a gdb and the Create Feature Class window doesn't show correctly. Only an empty screen link the picture below:?!

Have seen that off and on with the right-click, New featureclass method, when I get that, the GP tool works.

Hope @Esri fixes this bug soon.

I have the same issue with ArcGIS Pro 3.4 and 3.5. This issue persisted even after clean uninstalling and reinstalling ArcGIS Pro. Could this issue be caused by specific environments, such as Visual Studio being installed?
