Error when generating a Report. (An error occurred when rendering by the report engine.....)

Hello!

Out of the blue,

on a Survey that has been working for months, this error occurs when generating a report.

The submission is associated with a Make.com scenario that suddenly stopped.

Text of the error: An error occurred when rendering by the report engine. Failed to print map for ${Hidden_point}. EDSK1: A temporary issue occurred. Please try again later.

It is not Make.com related though, because I do not manage to print either the Sample or the proper Report from the Survey123 site, also tried to print with the single report template and nothing works.

Any clue?

To confirm, there was an issue with the feature report system due to an infrastructure upgrade that occurred last night. That upgrade has been rolled back.

Thank you for bumping this thread! Our Reports have been failing just like before since Wednesday. We are on day 3 of support making us jump through hoops like it's a fault on our end... when I was sure it was on their side last time. I checked my old ticket and the resolution reason was set to "made new map". LOL.
