In my workplace, adding excel plugins are blocked. I was wondering if it would be possible to receive an installation file so that I can go through the process of getting this plugin approved.

Good afternoon @AlexanderNesterov, thank you for the inquiry. ArcGIS for Excel is offered as Software as a Service, with no more local managed installers required to install the s/w. However, we do support ArcGIS for Excel in a disconnected environment (package). These requests are submitted to our Product Manager. I will share this request via email.
