Autopopulate records in the Attribute table

Hello dears,

Hope all is well.

I am having an issue in auto-populating records into the Attribute table from a related table:

1- Schools Shapefile with ID (Attribute field : Staff.total)

2- Staff related table with ID of each school similar to the ID in #1

I want to fill the field: Staff.total with the total number of staff relative to each school from the Staff related table automatically.
