Hello,
I clipped multiple shape files x to a shape file y. Now I changed the shape file y and would like that the shape files x update automatically. So that I don´t have to clip all the shape files x again to the shape file y. Is this possible?

There is no automatic updata when clipping. You clip, then you clip again if the clip feature of those being clipped change
