Personal Use License

Hi guys

I do not know if this is the correct place to ask.

I just renewed my Personal Use License (Due to expire tomorrow), and the PRO related "stuff" is renewed for a year.

ArcGIS Desktop however still tells me it expires tomorrow. Should I be worried about it, or will the "renewal" only kick in tomorrow or the day after?

Or heavens forbid, can't Desktop be renewed anymore?

This is from the Esri Canada Store website (and as noted in the thread below):

ArcGIS for Personal Use purchases and renewals processed on or after January 4, 2024 will no longer include ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap).

Personal Use licences will no longer include Desktop/ArcMap which enters mature support on 1 March 2024 and is scheduled to be retired on 1 March 2026.

I have contacted support. No feedback yet. BarryNorthey's suggestion did not work

Hit the refresh button at the bottom of the Authorizations Report page.

If you don't see an Expiration Date for the ArcGIS Desktop Product in 2025 it is either not posted yet or something else is amiss. That's all I know.

^^ The Activation date still shows tomorrow, and there is no new Authorization Number

You can try this:

Go to the My Esri website
Click the Licensing tab
Click Authorizations
Click Report
Copy the Authorization Number (ABC12345678) with the updated Expiration date

Start the ArcGIS Administrator

Click Authorize Now and follow the wizard and send your new authorization number
