Evaluate polygon, perimeter and Area Validation rule - Not calculating area correctly

Question

Transitioning from .rbj to reviewer rules. Rule is failing to calculate area size correctly and marking all features as under size.

Same data and process using .rbj rule works perfectly.

Using ArcGIS Pro 3.1

Hello Danny, I'm noticing that the configuration in the image had a Subtype picked, I wanted to confirm this is the case as this was scratched from the snapshot. Thank you.

Hi,

Can you share some additional details on the workflow/environment that you configured your Evaluate Polygon Perimeter and Area check?

* Was the validation attribute rule created manually from the Ready to Use Rules gallery or exported/imported from a Reviewer Batch Job file.
* The geodatabase type and the spatial reference of input dataset

This would be helpful in troubleshooting
