FeatureTable - ButtonMenuItem: disable and title properties

Use case:

I would like to show ButtonMenuItem at all times, however disable/enable it at run-time based on the business needs.
When ButtonMenuItem is in disabled state, would also like to display the reason for disabling it in title property.

Is this use case possible today with 4.29 version of JavaScript Maps SDK?
