Custom URL parameter using GlobalID will not zoom in to feature.

I have setup a custom parameter for GlobalID and my dashboard is set to zoom in and flash the feature with this unique ID. Upon using the link the dashboard opens, but it does not zoom in and flash. Here is the link I am using: "https://twep.maps.arcgis.com/apps/dashboards/eec9a5319dee41ae847f2e20c30e53fd#deal={5bf43940-fa3c-411d-a9cd-a4f86ac4280c}".

Any one else experiencing this issue for ArcGIS Online dashboards?
