Hi, I'd like to have only one decimal, but ArcGIS doesn't seem to allow it. Can you help?

Currently the number of decimal places displayed for percentage readouts is not configurable. The Decimal places control only applies to the values.
However, in the upcoming Pro 3.3 release, we have updated the user interface to include two controls for configuring the number of decimal places--one for values and one for percentages:
