Can ArcGIS Workflow Manager be federated with more than one Portal for ArcGIS site? Or can only one instance of Workflow Manager Server be assigned to one Portal site?
Workflow Manager acts and works like ArcGIS Server meaning you're able to federate and designate it to one Portal site only.
