Map layout production with ArcPy

Is it possible to create a new map frame or map layout within an ArcGIS Pro project with ArcPy? Similarly, is it possible to duplicate existing map frames or map layouts in AGP with ArcPy? I have only been able to find ways to manipulate existing maps and layouts in AGP with code.
