Drag excel file to ArcGIS Pro

It would be helpful if user can add Excel Sheet (xlsx) data into map not only by Add Data but also with drag into map as usual in ArcMap. When dragged into map, an error appears:

Failed to add data, unsupported data type. U:\test.xlsx DBMS table not found [no such table: test.sqlite_master] [test.xlsx] DBMS table not found [no such table: test.sqlite_master] [test.xlsx].

This behaviour has been tested on ArcGIS Pro 3.2.1

You can already sort of do this. The issue is that you can't drag the XLSX, itself. ArcGIS reads that XLSX like a database. Expand it out as if it were a GDB, and try dragging in one of the sheets.

If it's not working, then you've likely encountered a bug, as I can confirm that it works in 3.1.3.

@MErikReedAugusta ok, that works. I've just tried to drag'n'drop whole file and not separate sheet. That's my bad.
