Layer has two symbolids. Exporting to kml doesn't export all polygons

Question

Somehow I got two symbolids for my layer. When I export this layer to kml, I lose some features from symbolid 1. I went into the attribute table and switched all the symbolids to 0, and I think this may be a work around.

How do I avoid getting two symbolids? How do I consolidate into one symbolid?

Change your symbology for the feature from unique values to single symbol. Here’s the documentation from ESRI.
